TrackingI haven't received a tracking email
Check your spam or junk folder. If you still can't find it, contact us with your order number and we'll resend your tracking information.
DeliveryMy tracking shows delivered but I haven't received it
Check with neighbours and any safe places around your property. If still missing, contact us within 48 hours and we'll investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement if needed.
ChangesCan I change my delivery address after ordering?
Contact us as soon as possible. We can update the address if the order hasn't been dispatched yet. Once shipped, the address cannot be changed.
DelaysMy order is taking longer than expected
International orders can occasionally experience customs delays. If your order exceeds the estimated delivery window by more than 5 business days, contact us and we'll investigate immediately.
